How to coach through the cleanse

1) Before the cleanse starts

·  Add them to the current facebook group. It posts the Monday prior to the cleanse start date. If necessary, Have your up line add you to that group

·  Send them a welcome email (contact your upline for a template)

·  Send them the shopping list

·  Offer a grocery workshop- If you have multiple cleansers do it in a group, this also gives them a connection to other cleansers creating camaraderie

2) First week-

·  Ask them to keep a food journal –pen and paper, text, or I love texting photos so I can see the proportions.

·  Follow up daily with how they are doing

o  Remember it is our job to consult so help trouble shoot. If you don’t know? Ask your up line. It shows the strength of our organization that we have the support.

§  Super gassy or bloated? Start with 1/8-1/4 scoop fiber in the shake and add up from there.

§  Super hungry between meals? Are the proportions correct? This is where photos are awesome. Is there a starchy carb and a healthy fat? It is possible if all of these are on and they are still hungry in less than 4 hours that they need to increase food in the same proportions. If they are up at 6 and in bed at 10 or super active they may need 5 meals. Talk with your up line!

§  Encourage them! Post their food photo’s to the group if they make a killer meal (with permission of course) with a shout out on how awesome they are doing.

**** Depending on how you do the cleanse, you will either start the 7 day body cleanse at the end of the first week, days 6 and 7. Followed by 2 days a week until the packets are gone.

Another method starts during the second week . For this you choose two non consecutive days in week 2, two days in week 3, and 3 days in week 4.

3) Second week/ Third week-

·  Follow up every few days and continue to encourage and trouble shoot. Ask about how they are feeling, what differences they notice.

4) Fourth week-

·  Continue to check in and decide where they will go from here. Do they want to continue and be added into the next group or moved to the healthy livings 365 group

·  Talk to them about slowly reintegrating foods one at a time so they can see how their body feels with dairy, gluten, etc.

This is a really great call coaching the coaches. It is 60 minutes but it will make a big difference in your business. 50% of people on this cleanse will join your business, host for you, or become life long clients. Their experience is what will decide this. They have invested money and hope in us. We need to use the resources we have to be the best coaches possible.
