How to Book
To book your child into the sessions please come to Corporation Road Sports Entrance Reception Area.
Payment is by cash or cheque only. NO CARD PAYMENTS.
We will then book your child onto the sessions you wish. In the event of cancelation, you will need to give us 48 hrs notice for a full refund. If less notice is given, then 50% of the amount will be kept by the Centre.

We can take bookings via telephone for the courses but as it is cash/cheque payment only, full payment will need to be made no more than 48 hrs after booking; failure to do this will mean your child is not guaranteed on the course.
Outside Activities
We will try where possible to use our outside facilities as much as possible.
Please can you ensure your child comes to the courses dressed accordingly
and with sun cream protection in the event of good weather.
Packed Lunches
We do have a Water machine on site that your child will have access to. We do not have food on site so we advise strongly that your child brings a packed lunch, especially if they are staying all day.
Medical Conditions
Please make the staff aware if any medical conditions change from when you fill
in the medical questionnaire.
Drop off/Pick up
On the forms prior to the course you will allocate a member of the family or family friend to pick up your child at the end of the sessions or day, they will need to sign their child out for safety purposes. If this person is not available then alternative arrangements will need to be made for the collection of your child.
Prompt pick up is advised.

Our Play Scheme runs from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
5-8 and 9-13 year olds.
- You can book your child on to a morning session (8.30 – 12.30) or an afternoon session (1.30 – 5.30) or ALL day from 8.30 – 5.30.
- Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch with plenty of drinks or children can purchase drinks from the vending machine.
- Don’t forget that your child’s activity, where appropriate, will be outside, so please ensure that they are dressed accordingly.
