How to Read the Dashboard

When the Multiple District Dashboard opens, you’ll see that information is broken down by the three Centennial activities: Centennial Service Challenge, Membership Awards, and Legacy Projects. Within those areas, relevant activities are listed with real-time counts of districts’ accomplishments. For this reason, numbers listed in the Dashboard may differ slightly from monthly reports due to the reports being generated at different times.

Under each activity there are columns for the four years of the Centennial Celebration program. Footnotes on the bottom of each page detail the exact dates for the years listed.

People Served shows the number of people who have benefitted from Centennial Service Challenge Activities for the identified fiscal year of the Centennial. This data is pulled from the Service Activity Report (SAR) where Lions enter their activities and the estimated number of people served.

Clubs That Participated in 2 or More Centennial Service Campaignsshows the number of clubs that have completed 2 or more different Centennial Service Campaignsand reported these in SAR.If 50% or more of the clubs participate, a district patch is earned.

New Members Inductedprovides a count of new members to existing clubs and charter members added by LCI staff or club secretaries in MyLCI. The count does not include transfer and reinstated members. Please note that 2014–2015 only accounts for April through June 2015 since the Centennial Membership Awards started on April 1, 2015. The other years listed (2015–2016, 2016–2017, and 2017–2018) are based on the full fiscal year.

New Clubs Sponsored reflects the total number of new clubs chartered that are sponsored by clubs in the district within the identified fiscal year of the Centennial Membership Awards qualification period. Please note, 2014–2015 includes only the months April through June because the Centennial Membership Awards started on April 1, 2015.

Centennial Community Legacy Projects Completed is divided intothree levels. The number listed indicates the total number of Legacy Projects reported through the SAR. For example, if a club reports three Level 1 projects, each project is counted on the Dashboard.
