How Does It Work This Year?

Parents/Guardians,

We are excited this year to offer the students the opportunity to purchase a SPLASH BASH T-SHIRT (SPRING FLING) to wear on the day of the event this year. The students will also be allowed to wear his or her t-shirt on Fridays as a uniform shirt for the remaining of this school year as well as the years to come. Please fill out the order form below COMPLETELY and send the bottom portion of this form back with your child to his or her PE TEACHER during their PE class.

HOW DOES IT WORK THIS YEAR?

Your child will have 3 different options. He or she can buy; OPTION 1: Just wristband OPTION 2: Just a T-shirt or OPTION 3: A combo wristband and a t-shirt

OPTION 1: WHAT DOES JUST THE WRIST BAND GET THEM?

The wrist band will have 5 pull tabs on the band. Each tab is worth $1.00. Food can be purchased with the tabs. Also if they do not purchase a t-shirt, he or she can pay to play games or inflatables with the pull tabs. YOU CAN PURCHASE AS MAY WRISTBANDS AS YOU WOULD LIKE FOR YOUR CHILD.

OPTION2: WHAT DOES JUST THE T-SHIRT GET THEM?

The t-shirt will allow your child unlimited access to all games and inflatables but no food.

OPTION 3: WHAT IS THE COMBO PACKAGE?

The combo purchase will include both (1) wrist band and (1) t-shirt for a discounted price. This will include unlimited games, inflatables and also a wristband with $5.00 worth of food pull tabs.
