There is no permanent drop off locations.

Event workers will unload your materials so please stay in your Vehicle.

Acceptable items Maximum amount accepted is 25 gallons or 220 pounds. NO 25 or 50 GALLON DRUMS:

Gasoline, oil, kerosene, turpentine, paint thinner, oil paint, stains, varnish, pool chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, antifreeze, caustic cleaners/solvents, mercury, thermometers, flares, fire extinguishers, lead acid batteries, rechargeable batteries, fluorescent tube light bulbs, CFL Bulbs, mini propane canisters, and Electric oil filled heaters.

DO NOT BRING: Click on links to find out how to get rid of these items.Electronics, Appliances, Asbestos, explosives, ammunition, medical waste, radioactive waste, smoke detectors, Items containing Freon, tires or the following items:

LATEX/ WATER BASED PAINT: this is not hazardous and can be place in the trash once it is dry. Air dry latex paint or add absorbent material like kitty litter until it is solid then dispose of in trash

ALKALINE HOUSEHOLD BATTERIES are not hazardous and should be thrown in trash.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION-Disposal of Prescription Drugs or OTC (over the counter) Medications are accepted during normal business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday in the wall receptacle at the rear of the Souderton Borough Police Department 31 West Summit Street; Souderton, PA 18964. Please NoNeedles or Epi-pens.

Collection information

Bring documents in boxes for ease of shredding. 2 boxes of paper per vehicle limit in consideration of other attendees, volunteers will assist with removing document from vehicles

Please make sure that there is no plastic, plastic bags, batteries, cardboard, or metal other than staples and paperclips in the waste.

Capacity is limited and the event must close when trucks are full.
