Tickets will be on sale at clearly marked stands in the airport arrival areas. Bilingual staff will be on hand to assist delegates on September 1rst and 2nd. It is extremely important that each participant inform the local event coordinator of his/her date and time of arrival, flight number and place of departure sufficiently in advance of their arrival in the country.
