Margaret Stark, our expert public safety grant consultant will lead your First Responder Grant Class. Margaret is certified by the National Grant Writers Association as a senior grant writer, grant consultant, grant reviewer, and grant administrator.

Margaret is a former grants administrator for a public safety agency. She knows, from her own experience, the threats and difficulties departments deal with every day. She understands the challenges all departments and agencies face in trying to make ever-shrinking budgets meet ever-growing needs.

Margaret Stark served for four years as a grant writer/administrator for the Pulaski PD, Virginia. She is a law enforcement grant specialist, most recently with TASER, L3 EOS, ITT Night Vision and CHIEF Grants, with over 20 years experience in grant writing. Margaret has assisted over 10,000 law enforcement agencies in obtaining grant-related information for applications and assistance for over $150 million in funding.
