Dear Club secretary/Team manager,

Horsted Youth Football Club would like to invite your club to their 23rd Annual FootballFestival.

The event will take place over the weekend of Saturday 9th July & Sunday 10th July 2016

Venue for this year:

Beechings Cross Recreation Ground,Grange Rd,Gillingham,Kent.ME7 2UB

Under 8’s through to Under 18’swill play a six a side. Maximum of 8 registered players

U7’s will be play 5 a side competitive as per FA Guidelines. All participants will receive a medal except for Finalists who will receive a trophy. Maximum of 7 registered players

Soccer school will play 5 a side NON COMPETITVE. All participants must have reached the age of 6 years old on date of the tournament. All registered players will receive a medal.This age group is for players who have not yet played in u7’s as of 2015/16 season.

Maximum of 7 registered players

The cost of entry will be £30.00 per team.

Teams entering two or more teams on the same entry form pay £25 per team.

ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED BY 31ST MAY 2016 WILL ALSO GET A DISCOUNTED RATE OF £25 PER TEAM.

All age groups will play on a competitive basis the year.(As per FA guidelines)

A TEAM CAN ONLY REGISTER A MAXIUM OF 8 PLAYERS FOR ALL AGE GROUPS

Refreshments, First Aid & toilets will be available. Parking is available on site. No alcohol, Barbeques or dogs are allowed at the venue.(with exception of Guide Dogs)
