Students taking AP Literature & Composition 12 during the 2016 - 2017 school year will be required to read Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.

Books-A-Million has been asked to carry this book; however, you are not required to purchase from Books-a-Million.You should be able to find the book at amazon.com or any other local or on-line source. The book should also be available at any public library. You are required to have all reading completed by the first day of school and will be assessed on that reading during the first week of school.

YOU CAN DOWNLOAD A STUDY GUIDE FROM MY HOMEPAGE.

Go to and locate the OUR DISTRICT tab in the toolbar. From there, scroll down to the Saks High School webpage and click the link to view. From the Saks High page, find the TEACHER PAGES tab in the menu. Scroll until you find my name. Click on my link. You must read the novel before the first day of school. The study guide isoptional – strictly for your use in preparing for the assessment which will be given during the first week of class. You will not receive credit for doing the study guide. We will not discuss the novel prior to the assessment because your grade should be based on your understanding of the novel, not on your understanding of our class discussion. If you have any questions concerning the reading, please see me before the end of school in May or email me before July 31.

Sample Book Covers
