Prospective Tenants

One applicant is $40 and two applicants are $70. Each applicant over the age of 18 must complete an application. This fee will cover the cost of processing and initiating a credit check. The amount is non-refundable, should you withdraw your application. If a line is not filled in or the omission is not explained satisfactorily, we will not be able to process your application.
