RE:2011 IHDA Training Calendar

Due to changes in the 2011 IHDA Compliance Training seminars, please read this entire notice carefully.

IHDA’s Asset Management Servicesis pleased to announce the dates for our 2011 Training Seminars. To better serve the needs of our clients more effectively, the seminars ofAsset Management and Technical Services will be presented on separate days. The Technical Services Department will issue a separate Management Bulletin indicating the dates and times for their Compliance training seminars.

Most of our training sessions will be held at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, located at 401 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago,IL, in the Conference Center located in the lower lobby of the building. Sessions will beginpromptly at 9:00 a.m. and end at approximately 3:00 p.m.

There is a nominal fee of $35.00 (check or money order) per person attending our training. The fee is nonrefundable and should be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the training session. Payments that are not received at least two (2) weeks prior to the training date will result in cancellation of your reservation in orderto accommodate others.

Payment will not be accepted on the day of training.

As an added feature to our training sessions, there will be a Mini-Compliance Training session conducted on the same day from 3:00 P.M. -4:00 P.M. The cost for this extra session is an additional $15.00 that can be added totheinitial Compliance Training fee or paid separately, if the attendee chooses to participate in a mini compliance session only.

Space is limited, please remember to register well in advance of the date you wish to attend. Asset Management Services will provide a continental breakfast and allocate time for training participants to have“lunch on your own”.
