MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Each EGRC member must complete and sign a membership renewal form indicating the type of membership desired. PAYMENT OF DUES MUST ACCOMPANY THIS RENEWAL FORM. Membership renewals are due by January 15th. A $3.50 late fee per member will be assessed on late renewals. Membership lapses if not renewed by March 1st. VOTING MEMBERSHIP: $20.00 per person per year, for those 18 years of age and over. A Voting member is accorded the right to vote and hold elective office. Voting members make up the active workers within the club and must have attended at least two (2) regular club meetings and have provided at least one (1) service to the club. All members selecting to be Voting members for the year should indicate, in the volunteer section below, the areas in which they wish to volunteer their time. Each member must indicate meetings attended and service provided. Voting members may receive annual awards and compete for perpetual trophies. Those not willing or able to actively participate or who haven’t met the attendance/service requirements should select a Non-Voting Membership.
NON-VOTING MEMBERSHIP: $20.00 per person per year, for those 18 years of age and over. A Non-voting membership is for those individuals who wish to be affiliated with EGRC but will not be actively attending and participating in many meetings and functions during the year. A Non-voting member does not have the right to vote or hold elective office. The purpose of this is so an individual may maintain a membership while not impacting the quorum required for all voted decisions. A Non-voting member may receive annual awards and compete for perpetual trophies.
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP: $10.00 per person per year, for those under 18 years of age. Junior members are entitled to participate in club functions and events, but are not granted the right to vote or hold elective office. A Junior member may receive annual awards and compete for perpetual trophies. (Note: children under 18 years of age of Voting or Non-voting members are automatically granted, if desired, without payment of dues, a Junior membership. Please list the Junior names below. The Junior members do not need to complete their own renewal application.)
