Cancellation policy: Full refund up to 30 days prior to show date, after that a refund will be given if your booth can be reassigned or at my discretion based on the situation. If you need to cancel, please contact us in ample time and we will work with you accordingly.
Electric: Electric is available, cost is $50.00 from the convention center. If you wait until the day of the show, the convention center will charge an extra $50.00. If you require extraelectric, you know, so please let me know prior to the show.
Booth appearance:Drapes are required! If you do not have them you may rent them from the center for $3.00 a linear foot. Please let me know early, they are limited and we try to put rentals on the same row to save you money by splitting the cost with the person next to you.
Hours: Set up is 8-4 Friday.Show times:Friday 5-9,Saturday 10-6 & Sunday 11-4.
Break down is Sunday 4 to 7p.m. We will have plenty of help for load in and load out.
Product Category: Please list items you will sell. Example: jewelry, purses, clothing and popular items in categories that sell out fast. If you don’t list it and get placed close to someone with the same item, you will be moved or asked to pull the item. This is strictly for fairness to all vendors.
Confirmations: We will be doing email confirmations this year. Please list your email and write clearly. If you request postcards and you don’t have them 1 month prior to the show, please call so I have time to send more.
Gift Certificates: We do a promotion where we give away $4,000 in gift certificates for customers that sign up for our email list. We also give out approximately 50 more gift certificates in the Katy area for cross marketing and other things. As the promoter we do furnish and give these out but we are asking that vendors donate 1 $20.00 certificate. You do not have to print them. We print them and put your name on 1. These will be redeemed in your booth the weekend of the show only. They can not be used after the show. Recognize if you make or order your product, you product cost is at least 50% so your actual cost out of pocket is $10.00 or less. Plus, the person redeeming the certificate may spend more in your booth. More than half the gift certificates given out will be redeemable in any booth in the show. If you receive one of these, you will cash it in at the end of the show. Please check on your application you understand this process and if you do not want to donate one gift certificate, please mark through the line and write in I do not wish to participate. Also, you may donate more than one. Many vendors do.
Drapes: Drapes are required. We line up vendors that rent drapes so they can share the cost. You will pay for half your back and one side. A 10X 10 booth is $30 for one side wall and $15.00 for half your back so the total is $45.00.
