Volunteer Ministry Descriptions
CHILDREN’S TRACK
Head Leader / Lani DeguzmanMinistry Description / You will assist the head leaders of the Children’s Track for one night (4.5 hours) and then you can attend the rest of the conference for free. You may choose any of the 3 nights to serve. The Children’s Track ministry is not just babysitting, but empowering the children to walk in the love and power of the Holy Spirit.
Time / Thursday: 4:00-9:30 pm
Friday: 4:00-9:00 pm
Saturday: 4:00-8:30 pm
FIRST AID
Head Leader / Sandy ShimabukuroMinistry Description / We are looking forall healthcare providers to sit in the First Aid chairs during the conference and be available throughout, should anyone need First Aid care.
Arrival Time / Thursday & Friday: 5:00-9:30 pm
Saturday: 4:00-8:30 pm
PARKING
Head Leader / Creig LamMinistry Description / You will be everyone’s first encounter at the conference. Please welcome each car with a smile. You will work with the rest of the team to ensure that everyone gets a parking spot. You will also be assigned one or two shifts during the conference to do a quick parking lot security sweep.

REGISTRATION
Head Leader / Rose WoodsMinistry Description / You will be trained/equipped to check-in volunteers and guests using a check-in app that only works on iPhones or iPads. There will be a mandatory registration training meeting on January, 28 2018 at 2:30 pm @ Moanalua Gardens Missionary Church.
Time / Thursday & Friday: 5:30-7:00 pm
Saturday: 4:00-5:30 pm
SET UP/BREAK DOWN
Head Leader / Scott KobayashiMinistry Description / Set up includes, transportingbins of supplies from MGMC to First Assembly of God on Thursday 2/8, setting up tables/chairs, helping children's track set up their room, putting up banners and signs. At the end of Thursday & Friday nights, there may be some small tasks to help with. On the last night 2/10, you will help to put away all tables/chairs, banners, and pack up the bins to be unloaded at MGMC.

Saturday (Set Up): 3:00 pm @ First Assembly of God

USHER/GREETER
Head Leader / Maria & David HolsteinMinistry Description / Please welcome each personwith a smile. You will work with the rest of the team to ensure that everyone gets a brochure and a place to sit. On certain nights (TBD), you will assist in collecting the offering.
