We shall confirm by email that the spaces you require are provisionally booked and will only be secure once payment has been received.
Any bookings made are non-refundable and you will still be charged if you cancel or if your child does not attend, you may be able to swap days but only if we have the availability during the same holiday. All sessions booked must be paid for before your child/children attend. We will not accept any bookings before the date stated at the bottom of each holiday programme.
All we ask is that you:
Provide your child with a healthy, nut-free packed lunch and drink, in a named rucksack for impromptu walks and outings. Please do not send food that needs warming up.
Ensure your child has appropriate clothing and footwear so we can have fun whatever the weather.
Any medication your child/ren take should be brought to the Holiday Club on the day they are attending.
