Volumetric Control

Given that Letham Hall is a pre-fabricated building and subject to stringent fire regulations, for reasons of Fire Loading we operate a policy of volumetric control which limits the amount of possessions you will be allowed to keep in your cell.

Staff in the hall will make regular checks and, if you are found to have exceeded our limits property, items will be removed from you to be handed out at your next visit.

Given that we will be putting a single prisoner into a double cell the list produced takes into account fire loading, cell searching and the needs of Work Placements and S.E.L.s.
