*Rental Cost is Based on Type of Event and Number in Attendance
*$100 refundable cleaning deposit is required on all non-alcoholic events 4 weeks prior to event or upon completion of contract if event is to be held within 2 weeks.
*If Alcohol will be served refundable cleaning deposit will be on type of event.
*Liability policy is required on all events serving Alcohol.
*Event cost must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event.
*Payment can be completed on website at gfwcpolk.com or in person

Rental Agreement
* Renters have use of the interior of the building only
*Renters are permitted to put a sign in the front area showing that their event is private. Sign must be removed from premises upon completion of the event
*Renters may use tables and chairs that are provided in the building.Each must be wiped down and put back where found before leaving
*Renters are required to clean up after events, floors swept, kitchen and bathroomshould be mopped if there is anything spilled, counters in kitchen wiped down
*Renters are responsible for taking their own trash and garbage with them. We provide the garbage bags for use as well as provide paper towels, toilet paper for the bathrooms and disinfecting wipes for the kitchen.
*Use of tape, push pins, tacks, etc on walls or light fixtures is prohibited.
*If Alcohol is to be served at event and has been approved then Renters will not allow drinking outside of the building. Renters must remove all bottles, cans and evidence of alcohol from the premises.
*Renters, Caterer or OLCC ApprovedBar Server will provide a one day liability policy and it must be provided prior to final signing of any contract when ALCOHOL is being used on the premises
*No loud music after 9 pm
*Renters must have cleaned and left building no later than 10 pm
*Renters will be provided a code to enter the building and the same code to close up
*Renters will be provided a list at the front door of what needs to be completed and if all is clean their refundable deposit will be returned in full or a portion for any areas not cleaned or completed.
*Renters must make sure heat thermostat has been lowered to 65 and all lights in building turned out and the back door is locked and secured, if not a portion of the deposit will not be returned
