Your adopted companion pet will be delivered to you between nineand ten weeks of age. At nine weeks, your pet will be de-sexed and micro-chipped. De-sexed at an early age, you can expect males and females to be similar in behaviors. We care very much about our puppies’ future well-being. Therefore, we try to match our canine friends with our new friends who will provide their home for the remainder of their lives. *We do not sell to pet stores or retailers.

11.My $ 250.00 non-refundable deposit in form of a personal or certified check payable to Ray Tayloraccompanies this Adoption Form: YES____ NO____. *You can return the Adoption Form electronically and a check in US mail or you can submit both Adoption Form and a check in US mail to the address at the top of form. *Your application will be placed in priority order as soon as: 1) we have had a discussion of your interests and
questions and answered your questions, 2) a completed Adoption Form is on file, 3) your deposit has been received or we have been notified that your deposit is in the mail. A receipt for the deposit will be sent to you electronically through email.
12.Payment plan: $ 250 non-refundable deposit due with puppy adoption application
At the time of selection around six to seven weeks: $ 500 will be due
At eight weeks, about one and one-half week prior to delivery: $ 1750 balance will be due
*We will deliver your puppy to the RDU airport free of charge if delivery is required. Seller will pay for health certification required for flying. Buyer assumes responsibility for airfare and airline specified crate for shipping. In consultation with Seller regarding times, the Buyer will coordinate arrangements with airline.
