LEASING BUNGALOW/BUILDING FOR GUEST HOUSE PURPOSE
HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. (HPCL) requires on lease independent Bungalow/Building having minimum six bed rooms with attached toilet , Living room, dining room, kitchen , servant block for Guest House purpose. Total built up area shall be minimum 3000 sqft and there shall be parking space for minimum 2 cars, Period of lease shall be minimum 5 years with renewal option for another term. The property shall have clear title and shall be located in and around Nandanam-Extension Road, Abhirampuram-Alwarpet, Poes Garden, Gopalapuram-Jasper Colony & Gopalaswamy 1st street & 4th street, Adyar, Gandhi Nagar, Kotturpuram, Raja Annamalai Puram, Nandanam, Saidapet, Theyagaraya Nagar/west Mambalam, Kodambakkam, Nungambakkam, Chetpet, Egmore, Kilpauk, Shenoy Nagar, Anna Nagar, Royapettah, Teynampet, Ashok Nagar, KK Nagar. Detailed requirements are as below.
· Bed rooms of minimum size 12’x12’ with granite/marble/ vitrified tile floor and attached toilets of minimum size 8’x4.5’ with granite/marble/ vitrified tile floor/dado.
· Living room of minimum size 14’x12’ & dining space of minimum size 10’x10’ with granite/marble/ vitrified tile floor.
· Kitchen of minimum size 7’x9’ with granite/marble/ ceramic tile floor , Granite/marble Kitchen platform with sink.
· Building should have power connection water connection with overhead tank and pumping arrangement.
The offer shall comprise of two bids i.e. Un-priced bid and Price bid. Parties are required to submit the offers in two separate envelopes marked as Un-priced bid and Price bid and two envelopes shall be put inside one envelope super-scribing “Offer for guest house”. Offer shall be submitted to chief Manager-HR, HPCL ,GMO South Zone, 4th floor, Thalamuthu Natrajan Building, No. 1, Gandhi Irwin Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008. Bids shall be opened in presence of bidders. Telex / Telegraphic / Fax / Email bids shall not be accepted. Late/Delayed Post bids shall be rejected. Real estate agents having Power of attorney for the property can also submit their offers. However no brokerage charge will be paid by HPCL.
