e) Out of the Section 215 Notices none have been appealed
f) In regard to the 20 Notices served, 9 have been resolved and 11 are still outstanding which are awaiting the local planning authority to undertake direct action to resolve the properties
g) No fixed budget – 2010=£723.40, 2013=£4323.25, 2014=£1898.63, 2015=£294.37
h) Each Section 215 case from undertaking a site visit to drafting and sending appropriate letters and then serving a Section 215 Notice takes approximately 2 days of officer’s time
i) The serving of a Section 215 Notice is under a Scheme of Delegation, the power to serve a Section 215 Notice is under the Deputy Chief Executive (Community Direction), Chief Planning & Development Officer, Development Control Manager, Principal Planning Officers, Chief Executive, Chief Officer (Corporate Governance & Housing Repairs), Legal Services Manager, Chief Officer (Environmental Health)
j) Has not been considered at Planning Committee
