Deliverables:

·  Prepare all necessary documents required to get driving license from Traffic Police and conduct follow- up of the process.

·  Provide timely medical services support to the staff to ensure the health and welfare of the employees are taken care of.

·  Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure timesheets are received and processed and sent to payroll to facilitate timely payment of salaries and commissions.

·  Continuously monitor and process employee contracts to ensure all employees working in the region have updated contracts.

·  Co-ordinate Employee Services (Holiday Travel, Visas, Banking, Severance, Housing Allowance, Settling in Allowance, Holiday Salary Advance)

·  Prepare all necessary documents required for the GOSSI registration.

·  Co-ordinate and process employee disciplinary procedures to ensure all employees in the region adhere to strict policies and procedures.

·  Ensuring proper PMS data management, i.e. inventory management, segmentation, rate loading.

·  Ensure parallel pricing and inventory is maintained between the hotel and Curtis-C and other distribution channels.

·  Ensure active communication between the Sales team, M&E team and reservation/front office team of all revenue related issues.

3. As Reservation Agent – Park Inn Hotel (Muscat):

·  Records reservation information accurately.

·  Identify commissionable reservation.
