All entries MUST be paid in full at the close of registration prior to each event. NO tabs will be allowed.

General Information: This is an ASCA sanctioned show and all ASCA rules apply ( Dogs over 6 months of age must have proof of ASCA registration available. High Plains ASC, the Show Secretary and Club Membership assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by an exhibitor, handler, dog, property, children or spectator. All dogs must be crated or leashed except while competing.

Entry Fees will not be returned if the show cannot be opened or be completed due to riots, civil disturbances, acts of God, public emergencies or other events beyond the control of High Plains ASC. Entry fees will not be refunded if the dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by the Show Committee, ASCA, show veterinarian or the judge. Per ASCA rules, only dogs entered in the show will be permitted on the show site.

PRE-ENTRY DEADLINE: Postmark no later than March 15, 2010. Telephone, facsimile or incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries must be on the official ASCA entry form with proper fees included. Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of the entry and the class entered. Withdrawals of entries will be accepted until the pre-entry closing; thereafter, no refunds will be made.

CONFORMATION RIBBONS & TROPHIES: NO ribbons or trophies will be awarded at this show. Proceeds after expenses will be donated to the LIBBY GRAHAM FUND.

CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be provided by El Gringo’s Chuckwagon.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE: From Denver: take I-25 south to Exit 184 (Factory Outlet Shops) Cross over the interstate and continue east (southeast) on Founders Parkway for about 5 miles until you come to the traffic light. Turn left (east) on Highway 86 and continue through Franktown and Elizabeth into Kiowa. Turn left (north) on the Kiowa-Bennett Road to the Elbert County Fairgrounds entrance on the west side.

From the East: take Hwy 86 West (Kiowa) exit off of I-70, go approximately 40 miles to Town of Kiowa. Turn right (north) on Kiowa-Bennett Road to the Elbert County Fairgrounds entrance on west side.

From the West: take Hwy 86 East (in Castle Rock) exit off I-25 and travel approximately 35 miles to Kiowa-Bennett Road and turn left (north) to the Elbert County Fairgrounds entrance on west side.
