Vendors Application
The Hammondsport Fire Department presents Smoke on the Water BBQ Competition August 25, 2018 from Noon – 8 PM.
We are currently seeking vendors for the event. We have limited space to work with but can be somewhat flexible.
Craft vendors 10 x 10 without power: $25.00
Craft vendors 10 x 10 with power: $35.00
Food vendors with power: $75.00
ALL VENDORS MUST MAKE CONTACT WITH ME PRIOR TO SUBMITTING APPLICATION TO PREVENT OVERLAPPING AND CONFLICTS.

Vendor set up for the event will start Saturday the 25th after 10:00 am. Please contact me if an earlier setup time is needed.
Vendors need to be open by Noon on the day of the event but earlier is permitted and closing can be any time after 5:00 PM.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to The Hammondsport Fire Department and The Citizens Hose Company and/or agents by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recording or any other records of the event for any legitimate purpose.
