Hey Scouts and Dads it's time to come out to Zink Ranch for the 2012 Twin Arrows District Dad and Lad "Under the Big Top".Gather your supplies and let's get camping!

Registrations with health forms and insurance cards will be accepted at the Scout Resource Center (4295 S. Garnett Rd), or online at The deadline for registration in order to guarantee an event t-shirt is Oct 19th. Registrations received after Oct 19th will NOT receive an event t-shirt.

Check-in at Cub World (Zink Ranch) will be from 7:00am – 8:00am at the Welcome Center. There you will be given your camp assignments, schedules, t-shirts, etc. Events are scheduled all day Saturday and Sunday morning, Eat breakfast Saturday morning before camp. We will have meal service for lunch and dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday.

If you prefer a canvas wall tent with a cot to your own tent, they can be reserved on your registration form on a first come first reserved basis. So get those registrations in early. After dropping off your gear in camp you will need to park your vehicles in a designated parking area. There is no driving in camp once camp is in session.

If you’ve got a Dad and Lad in camp, and you don’t want to be left out, there are lots of opportunities to help on staff. Staff application is attached to Dad & Lad application.

1) If coming from Tulsa, drive west on Highway 64 past the Adams Road/Highway 97 exit. Ignore the directional signs to Zink Ranch exit, which will take you through downtown Sand Springs.

2) Exit at 129th West Ave. and take the sharp "S" curve to the left, taking you to Highway 97 "T".

3) Turn right (north) at the stop sign and continue north. 129th West Ave. will merge with Highway 97 and take you directly to Zink Ranch gate. Once over the cattle guard and through the gate, follow the signs to Cub World (all left forks). If you will be arriving late (after 9:00am on Saturday), make sure you contact the Camp Coordinator for the gate code.
