HOT LUNCH 2016 - 2017

Parent Council is very excited to announce that Hot Lunch online ordering is up and running. We are pleased to offer hot lunch on both Wednesday’s and Friday’s starting in January. Volunteers are needed so please contact the hot lunch team if you are able to help. We will be doing online ordering only for all orders so as to ensure accuracy and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible. The new system will allow parents to order up until 48 hours before the menu date if they so chose.

Here's how to get started...

ü  Go to http://stmarthakingston.hotlunches.net

ü  Click on "Click Here to Register"

ü  Enter Access Code SMHL

ü  Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)

ü  Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom

ü  Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends St Martha Catholic School

ü  Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

ü  Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

PayPal:

We only accept hot lunch order payments through PayPal (www.paypal.com). No cheque or cash payments will be accepted at any time.

You can either pay with a credit card or debit card as a PayPal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own PayPal account (required for debit card).

The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

**Please Note: Should you experience any issues with your PayPal account, you must contact PayPal directly to solve the issue. Also, all unpaid orders must be paid at least 48 hours in advance of the menu date or the orders will automatically be deleted.

Kindergarten will be now be part of the hot lunch program for all days.
