o Earned value analysis to analyze variances, forecast remaining and at completion values. Evaluate performance indicators. Present delay analysis, progress curves and cash flow, resource histograms and utilization reports at progress meeting.
o Provide analysis of contractor schedules to client and make recommendations to the client based on contractor schedule progress.
