How to keep my body running clean and fast!!!

The key is not letting yourself get hungry or thirsty during the competition. Keep in mind all should be focused on eating and drinking to help them be fast...... not because they something to do between races.

  • Have a good breakfast (I know it's early)
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. You should have Gatorade, Powerade and/or water in your bag for yourself.
  • Vital you keep your body (engine) running clean throughout each session.
  • Light Carb snacks - Fruit and/or your favorite cereal is a great idea. Bagels can be too heavy to digest during competition.

What to bring:

  • Team apparel all weekend.
  • Team Suit, backup suit, 2 pair goggles, 2 towels, 2 pair sweats, warm deck shoes.
  • 3 bottles water, gatorade, etc. (each session), carb snacks
