Following feedback received from our event last year, we’ve made a useful download to aid your booking and collect information from your Explorers. We’ve provided it in .doc format so that you can edit and copy/paste as needed.

Parts 1 & 2 – This is the information we will ask for when you register, so filling this form in with your group in advance will help you with the registration process.

Part 3 – If you send any information letters out to your young people or parents, this may help with your content as it is a list of all the information that you will need for each participant for us and all the choices/options possible. Please note, this obviously doesn’t include other information that you may need or want to collect for yourself (e.g. parents contact details, medical, dietary info etc).
