1.  Specification must be clearly stated.

2.  Please quote rate in words & figures.

3.  Please quote rate for free delivery to FFP Stores HEC Ltd., Ranchi by truck. In case of out station firm, if you rate is Ex – works, please quote transport charges per MT separately which will be paid in your bill. We will pay transport charge to the supplier and not to the transporter.

4.  HEC wants material is double gunny standard weight bags packing with proper sealing & tagging at no extra cost.

5.  Validity to place order – minimum 2 Months.

6.  Rate should remain firm up to 31/03/2011.

7.  Payment will be made within 60 days of receipt of material against Bill and C.R.V by Ranchi Cheque.

8.  Conditional offer will not be accepted.

9.  Please send your offer in sealed cover well in advance preferably through courier service to reach in time. Our tender Enquiry No. & due date of opening must be mentioned on the envelope.

10.  Please indicate your Regn. No. with DGS & D/NSIC/HEC ltd. if not registered , please send EMD @ 2% of quoted value alongwith quotation, which will be converted to Security deposit in case of successful bidders and returned immediately to unsuccessful bidder. D.D. should be in favour of “Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd” payable at S.B.I. Hatia. Successful bidders will have to deposit 3% extra in addition to 2% E.M. as security deposit.

11.  For vendor registration you should approach our wing Central Purchase/ HMBP HEC Ltd. Ranchi-4 and you can also download vendor registration form from our website www.hecltd.com and send the form with requisite fee to Sr. DGM, Central Purchase/ HMBP, HEC Ltd, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004.

12.  Please mention Excise sub – heading No. of the material.

13.  HEC’s Standard weigh bridge variation formula will be applicable.
