TRAMPOLINING CAMP 1 PROGRAMME

7th August – 11th August

1. The trampolining camp 2 will be held at Pocklington School Sports Hall. This is situated opposite the Pocklington Bus station.

2. Children should arrive from 8am onwards. The formal classes will commence from 9am. The formal lessons will cease at 4pm and children can be collected after that but before 5.30pm.

3. Children are to be in possession of a packed lunch and a drinks bottle. Water will be available on site.

4. Children should wear sports kit with training shoes (with socks). Hair is to be tied up (if long). No jewellery is to be worn.

5. If your child is taking any medication during their time on the camp, can you please inform a member of staff when dropping off your child on the first day, label any medication you wish them to have administered with clear instructions and hand it to the member of staff.

7. The cost of attending the camp is £180 for the week. Or £50 per day.

8. Payments can be made on the website www.camphippo.co.uk or using one of the following methods:

1.  A Cheque made payable to Mrs J Kilsby. Cheques should be sent to Mrs J Kilsby at, Pocklington School, West Green, Pocklington, YO42 2NJ

(Please write child’s name on the reverse of the cheque stating “Trampolining Camp”.

9. Once you receive confirmation your daughter/son/ward has secured a place on the “Trampolining Camp” you will be required to complete the “Parental Consent” form from the website. This form needs to be either completed online or downloaded. In either case it needs to be signed and dated. The Camp Hippo staff are to be in possession of the signed and dated “Parental Consent” form for your daughter/son/ward to participate in the camp. The form can be handed in on the first day of the camp commencing. However, if your daughter/son/ward has any “medical” issues, the sooner you hand in the form the better the Camp Hippo staff will be prepared to accommodate their needs.
