Comments/Suggestions: Awesome! Did not feel like work, but I learned so much; Double Jeopardy??

The best things about the training were: Welcoming family, Everyone encouraged to be themselves; New presentations, Thought provoking activities, fans in the room, personalized meal orders; Health Educator and guest presentations, LUNCHES; Food, informative and focused presentations; Food, content training, cool presentations; The relatable activities and people; Good environment, mix of activities, crafts, snacks, I feel loved here; The workshops on different theories and approaches to public health, food for lunch was great!; Content training, lots of reflection and evaluation, Health Educator presentations and practice exercises on presentation.

The training could be better if: Maybe introduction to an average day, I’m still kind of unsure about what to do on my first day; Shorter presentations; The student assistants presented to each other; Everyone shared equally and more; Coffee was in the break room, honestly everything was fantastic; Lectures are no longer than 45 minutes to one hour; Shorter presentations by guest speakers, information on what resources and services are available in general.

What suggestions do you have for future trainings? If possible, more interactive activities, Walking breaks, Keep the fans; Sharing and Volunteer Coordinator presentation; Have a day with the volunteers to train all together; More integration on the day with other groups; Train more for individual content areas and specifically what we will do during office hours.
