After School Provision for Spring term 2018
Dear Parents/ Carers,
I wanted to update you regarding after school provision after half term from 19th February.
To recap from my previous letter, please read the offer carefully.
KIDZ club
KIDZ club is the name for the play based child care provision for children over 5 that has been running at Grasmere after school for many years. This will still be available and run in the hall from 3.30pm to 6.00pm every day except Friday. The costs will remain at £9 for the full session, but also children can attend 3.30-4.45pm for £5 or 4.45-6.00pm for £4. PLEASE NOTE: Pupil Premium funding is not eligible for KIDZ club.
Enrichment clubs
These are separate to KIDZ club. To begin with, all childrenin KS2are welcome to attend, even those at KIDZ club. They are skill based clubs where children learn or improve skills or have enriching experiences. These clubs run from 3.30pm- 4.45pm and cost £5. Please see the timetable below for an overview. This offer is able to expand term on term. PLEASE NOTE: Pupil Premium Funding is eligible for these enrichment clubs.

Rationale
We understand that this is a small offer, but we hope to grow it and to include KS1 children in the near future. It is important we get the mechanisms in place so this is manageable for the office and that the school can see if the clubs are sustainable financially.
You can now register your child.
Please complete the registration form in the office to sign your child up to a club or clubs. Please note, you must pay for the full half term using SCOpay. As next half term is 5 weeks, the cost would be £25 per child per club. Clubs are limited 15 children. First come, first served.
