BSNL Telecom QA Circle has decided to evaluate all the Telecom Equipment Manufacturers based on the performance of their products in the field.

Hence, it is requested to assess all the manufacturers who have supplied the BSNL QA tested and cleared products to your circle during the years 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10, by considering the aspects providedin Annexure – I and evaluate them.

The mattermay please be given top priority and the rating conveyed to the undersigned by 31stJuly 2010.

08.Customer support provided by the manufacturer

09.Adherence to the Tender / PO conditions
