LARGE CHANGES TO THE SCOUT GROUP

I am writing to inform you of significant changes to all sections in the scout group. These changes are necessary to accommodate: 1) Leader changes 2) Financial challenges 3) Meeting venue alterations and issues. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the current beaver leadership team for their time and effort over the years: To Rachel, Emily and Jake - Thank You.

Tuesday 16th July - Beaver Sports Night @ Windhill Community Centre

Please come in T-shirt, shorts, trainers and Necker. Bring a Water Bottle. Tonight there will be lots of fun, games and sports for everyone. 6.15pm to 7.30pm

Tuesday 23rd July - Group Night with the local MP @ Sconce Campsite

As part of gaining our Group Community Challenge Badges, we are holding a fun night up at sconce for the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. It starts at 6.30pm and finishes at 7.45pm for the Beavers. Crafts, toasted Marshmallows, games and tent pitching. Come and join in. Please note: No cars up sconce lane. Please park in the car park overlooking the moors (100 years on the right after the cattle grid out of Baildon) and walk across the new path to Sconce.

23rd July will be our last night until 10th September when I can formally welcome our new Beaver Leader Team - Welcome and thank you to Jess, Lauren, Pan and Angie. A big thank you to Helen and Claire as they continue to support beavers when they can.

Finally, over the summer we would like to order new polo shirts for those that require them.

They are £6 each and come in the following sizes: 6-7yrs / 8-9yrs / 10-11yrs / 11-13yrs / XS / S / M / L / XL / XXL
