一、Product Profile
1.1、Product Profile
Thank you for using our products. Network intelligent speed dome is the HD network camera with the latest technological achievements, built-in zoom lens and appropriative digital video encoding chip. It is a high-tech monitor product integrated universal transmission platform and digital decoder. By located quickly and continuous tracking scanning, it achieved all-dimensional and no blind monitor in the true sense, and can adapt to change of the environment and target distance in light and shade automatically. With adoptingall digital control, simple design, minimize the connection between the system components, it improves the reliability for system andfacilitates for installation and maintenance. With precision stepper motor driving, it can operate smoothly, response sensitively, locate accurately. The speed dome cameras have the function of power-off memory, which can restore the working state automatically after the re-start, make the system more secure and reliable.
HDnetwork camera is monitoring device with the real-time data transmitted by IP network, which collected image sensor raw data translated into digital audio and video data, and encapsulated into network data packets.Itmakes the network video transmission more fluent and the picture qualitydisplayedmore crisp and clear, adopting to the high speed digital signal processor DSP specially designed for the digital multimedia processing, combined with high performance of real-time operating system and the sound, video compression algorithms and intelligent video analysis algorithms, with the built-in WEB server, the function of management, configuration andmonitoring is easy to complete through IE browser, operation is simple and convenient. Furthermore it can realize all-round monitoring by controlling the camera PTZ and lens through web directly.
The series products of our network camera, their hardware mainly include the network video processing module and image sensor two parts, only to connect with the power supply and cable, they can start to work without connecting the computer. The image monitoring and operation of the camera can be completed by two ways, one is throughthe IE browser directly with no other software, and the other is installing the video monitoring software attached as the product on the computer. Network camera has the function of network video, picture frame grasp, video playback, motors-controls, motion detect. The transmission of the image can reach 30 frames per second by the H.264/MPEG-4 through network so it is capable of real-time image viewing without delay, and it can reach 1080P on the image restoration has very high clarity. In software use, there are motors-controls, lens control, network video camera buttons .etc. and the feature set, administrator set options, etc. on the interface.The operation is convenient and easy.
The features ofthe speed dome camera make it suitable for the monitoring of large area, moving target in all walks of life. Such as intelligent building, bank security, city roads, power sector, airports, stations and so on.

2、Equipment installation
2.1、Preparing for installation
Notes
- Connection must be done by the technical personnel or system installer
- The connection method details please refer to the guide of the instruction\
- The transparent cover of the speed dome belongs to the advanced optical-product; please don’t touch directly avoiding from dirty or scratch, which will affect the image quality during the installation.
- To make sure the dome camera imaging clear, the bubble should be cleaned regularly. Be careful when cleaning, you can only take the black liner, avoid to touch bubble directly because of the acidic perspiration may corrode the surface finishes of the bubble, the hard material may scratch the bubble and make the image blurring, affect imaging quality. Please use cloth or others soft and dry enough to wipe the inside and outside. If dirt serious, you can clean the bubble with the neuter cleanser.

Preparing for installation
- Installation should be made by the professional service person and should to conform to all the local codes, to avoid causing the problem.
2. Check if all the accessories are complete, make sure the application place and the installation is in conformity with the requirement.
3. Speed dome consists of hanging bracket, bubble, power supply, decoder board, PTZ control, temperature control and other parts; celling speed dome is composed of celling mounting plate, celling decorative cover, bubble, power supply, decoder board, PTZ control and so on.
4. The speed dome hascompleted all the installation testing in the factory, user can install directly.
2.2、Installation for the speed dome
Installation for hanging bracket
Note: The wall chosen to install should be solid, no delaminating phenomenon. And it should bear the 5 times more than the sum of dome and hanging bracket weight, to avoid image dithering caused by the installation not firmly fixed, or even the dome dropped.
1. On the wall for installation, please draw the drilling center with the hanging bracket mounting plate (see below) as a template.

2. Please install the expansion screws through the 4 screw-holes which M6 specification drilled by the impact electric drill on the wall surface painted.
3.Then pass the power line, communication cable through the bracket hole, leave sufficient length for connecting.
4. Fasten the hanging bracket mounting plate to the wall with4 M6 nuts and shims
5. Make the Dome and the hanging bracket fixed together. (see detailed description next page)
6. Hang the assembleddome on the auxiliary hook, go the power cord, video wire and control line through the outlet hole of the bracket, then aim thedashed part on the bracket graphic at the snap joints fixed on the top of the assembled bracket plate, and button the bracket down. At last, point the screw on the bracket at the snap joint beneath the fixed plate and lock well after making sure hanging bracket and the hanging bracket mounting plate assembled. See below figure.
Installation for speed dome
1. Get the speed dome out from the package and open the bottom cover, remove the filling packing.
2. Check if the plugs of all the lines loose and properly set the DIP switch of the dome.
3. Make sure the cable from the top of the bracket plug in the bracket, and pack the Dome head on the top into the mounting hole of the hanging bracket., tighten and fixed the 3 M6 screws, pay attention to that, the M6 screw should be just snap into the card slot of the head’s screw
2.3、External circuit connection
Connect one end of the 100M CAT-5 to the RJ-45 of the speed dome, the other end to the Switch or the user PC directly, and connect the network audio/visual products to your network, finally, connect the power supply for the speed dome.
2.4、Power connection
1. Electricity afterconfirming all the connecting lines, ports and power supply type
2.The dome will inspect itself with 360 degrees of pan, 90 degrees of tilt for checking the electric of horizontal and vertical, mechanical properties and identification of the camera, and then turn to the initial position of the PTZ control and perform lens shrinkage.After completion the self-inspection, the dome will be on standby and ready for being controlled.
3.Open the video monitoring software in the PC, add a new camera and play based on the current camera configuration to test if the speed camera can be controlled normally.
3、Camera Connection
3.1、Network address setting
The default setting of our network camera in the factory as below:
IP:192.168.001.233
Gateway:192.168.001.001
Subnet mask:255.255.255.000
The connecting will be successful only the network segmentofthe camera network is the same as the network segment of the PC.
First the gateway must be consistent, e.g., the default gateway of the camera is 192.168.1.1, and the PC should be 192.168.1.1 then connecting each other. The IP address should also be in the same field, e.g., the default IP address setting of the camera is 192.168.1.233, then the IP address of the PC should be 192.168.1.0~255(except 192.168.1.233). If your network parameter settings is not match the default settings of the network cameras, you need to change your PC network parameters the same as the camera in accordance with the above requirements
3.2、IE browser settings
First use WEB browser to access the network camera, you must temporarily lower security settings and close all firewall software to one-time install ActiveX components, otherwise they will make mistakes or problems can not be played. If this is the first time into the client browser settings, you are prompted to install a plugin for ActiveX., the user should click “yes”; if the browser without prompting the user to install the plugin, please check your browser settings, enable ActiveX relating setting, enable steps: ToolsOptionssafety self level,and add the IPC network segment for the trusted sites;
4、Automatic running function
4.1 Setting Line Scan
This machine can be set in two fixed position, according to the set speed scanning. 126 setting preset start setting lines, setting NO. XXX for scanning speed (speed for 1-255 no limit speed), then move joystick , move pictures to need scanning position, set 127 preset position determine scanning starting point, then move to the scanning destination location, set 128 preset position to determine the destination scanning
Ex.1: speed about 100 scanning Settings.
Setting method:
1)Set NO126 preset position .
2) Set NO100 preset position, set for speed.
3) Move rocker, adjust image picture
4) Set NO.127 preset position for starting point.
5) Move joystick, adjust the picture to scanning destination.
6) Set NO.128 preset position ,for end.
Ex. 2: speed about 200 scanning.
Setting method:
1) set NO.126 preset position
2) set 200 preset position, for speed.
3) move rocker, adjust the picture (this picture for scan images).
4) Set NO.127 preset position, for starting point.
5) move rocker.
6) Set NO128 preset position ,for end.
4.2 Call Patrols
Call 101-103 preset position, corresponding call 1-3 patrols.
Example: operate 1 patrols.
Methods: call NO.101 preset position.
4.3 Running Line Scan
Call 128 preset position.
4.4 Running auto scan
Call NO. 125 preset ,Automatic scanning for 360 degrees scanning, with speed ball inside fixed.

5 Configuration Tools
Our factory network equipment supporting tools specialized software, used to IP address, MAC address and some other related parameter search and configuration; its use is explained as follows 配置工具说明
5.1 Configuration tool software installation
When the user first use our equipment, you must first install our configuration tool software, the steps are as follows
1) Running IPC-SearchXXX.exe, and setup the software according to the installation instructions:

If the PC is not installed our plugin, please choose to install video plugin file

5.2 Configuration tools for use
1）Run the configuration software are as follows
2）Click “点搜索，如系统中已连接我厂网络设备，搜索完成后界面上会出现在线的设备列表信息；请注意必须保证PC和设备的IP地址在同一网段；如不在同一网段需要手动添加IP地址进行操作

3）如需修改某个设备的IP地址等参数，可选中该设备点鼠标右键，选下拉菜单中的设置选项进行设置：
If you need to modify the IP address and other parameters of a device, select the device point the right mouse button, select the drop-down menu in the settings option settings:
在下面对话框的IP地址文本框中修改相应的IP地址，点设置按钮重启，新修改的IP地址生效

3）如果需要对某个设备进行软件升级，可选中该设备点鼠标右键，选择下拉菜单中的升级选项进行升级：
