Businesses may nominate themselves, or can be nominated by others. Applications from businesses of all sizes, including self-employed makers, are welcome. Our definition of craft work includes all work that involves skill by the person doing the making.

·  The deadline for nominations is 2pm on Thursday 30 November 2017.

·  You will receive an email confirming we have received the application. Please note that the HCA Administrator works part-time and a response might not be immediate.

·  All applicants will be informed by 31 January 2018 whether or not they have been selected as finalists.

·  All finalists will have free entry as our guests and are expected to attend the HCA’s Annual Conference in London on Saturday 24th March 2018.

·  The winner will be announced at the Conference and presented with their cheque in the ‘Celebration of Excellence’ section of the programme. Please make a note of this date even if you think that you may have no chance. You never know!
