The Haverhill Planning Board will hold its public hearing on WEDNESDAY, October 8, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. in Room 202, Haverhill City Hall to hear the petitions listed below. (See files in the Planning Dept. for further information.)
1. Repetitive Petition for 13 High Street— Applicant, 13 High St. Realty Trust/Kerry Fronduto, Trustee requests that the planning board review the cited plan for a specific and material change from the previous filing of 7 units with each two bedrooms that was previously denied to a new filing to distribute the same 14 bedrooms across 6 Units that will allow 2 apartments.
2. Definitive Plan for Delhaven Estates—The owner/applicant, Jr Builders, Inc./Lawrence Palmisano requests planning board approval to construct 7 single family homes at 1264 Broadway, Map 540, Block 446, Lot 7 in the RR Zone. (Continued from 9-10-14)
3. Performance Guarantees
3a). Back Nine Drive @ Crystal Springs Definitive Escrow—The developer has requested to reduce the amount being held to guarantee completion of work within the cited development.
3b). Scotland Heights Definitive Escrow—The developer has requested that the board reduce the amount being held for completion of work performed within the cited development
3c). Scotland Heights Definitive Escrow—An extension to the performance guarantee agreement is required. The completion date was 9/18/14 and the funding expiration date is 10/14/14 or bond attachment will be a consideration of the board.
4. Form A Plans (Approval Not Required)—And Frontage Waiver Mylars, if any
4a) Form A Plan for Number 690 Main Street—Owner/Applicant requests planning board
endorsement for the cited Form A Plan
4b). Any other matter pertaining to the planning board
