Important Points to Bring Up In Different Scenarios When Talking with Agents

  • Make sure you reference anyone you have worked with who works in the same office (or a common connection).
  • You usually prefer to have the listing agent represent you and thus can offer both sides of the commission.
  • On really good rehab deals you sometimes work with the listing agent when you sell the property after it’s finished (set a policy).
