Children come on stage and say “Ladies and gentlemen, we present Harry Potter and the magic ball. Scene 1In the forest” and exit.
Off-stage witches chant:

Bad witches:Who are you?
Dr Black:I am Dr Black. I am the new teacher at Hogwarts.
Bad witches:What is Hogwarts?
Dr Black:Hogwarts is a school for witches. The magic ball is in Hogwarts.
Bad witches:The magic ball is in Hogwarts?
Dr Black:Yes.
Bad witches:Where is Hogwarts?
Dr Black:This way.
Exit everyone
Scene 2
Enter children and say “Scene 2, in Hogwarts school.”
Enter Dumbledor, Harry, Hermione, Harry’s friends and bad children.

Dumbledor:My name is Dumbledor, and this is my school.
Everyone:His name is Dumbledor, and this is his school.
Dumbledor:My name is Dumbledor, I welcome you all.

Dumbledor:(Speaking to the audience) Welcome everyone, welcome to Hogwarts. Did you have a good holiday? (speaking to the children on stage)
Everyone:Yes, and you?
Dumbledor:Wonderful. This year we have got a new teach. Let me present Dr Black.
Dr Black:Hello everyone, I am Dr Black. (carrying Voldermort – a head- hidden under a cover)
Everyone:What is that? (pointing to Voldermort)
Dr Black:This is my pet.
Everyone:Can we see, can we see?
Dr Black:No
Everyone:Oh
Dumbledor:Boys and girls, this year at Hogwarts I have got something special. I have got
this?
Everyone:What is it?
Dumbledor:This is the Magic ball of Wimble Bimble!
Everyone:The Magic ball of Wimble Bimble?
Dumbledor:Yes, the Magic ball of Wimble Bimble. And someone wants it.
Everyone:Who is it?
Dumbledor:Voldermort!
Everyone:Voldermort?
Dumbledor:Yes, Voldermort wants the Magic ball. But don’t worry, to protect the Magic Ball, we have got …. The wizards and witches!
Enter the bad witches.
Bad witches:Hello everyone, we are bad.
Everyone:Bad?
Bad witches:Oh, no, no, no, we are good witches. We are going to steal, no. no. no. I mean, we are going to protect the magic ball.
Harry and his friends move to the side and mime chatting to each other
Bad witches:Ha, ha, ha, they think we are good witches, but we are bad witches. We are going to steal the magic ball before Harry Potter.
Harry, friends:What are you talking about?
Bad witches:Nothing, nothing.
Hermione:It’s time for the Quiddich match, let’s go.
Exit harry and friends.
Dr Black:The Quidditch match. I have got an idea.
Bad witches:What is it?
Dr Black:You will see.
Exit bad witches and Dr Black.
Scene 3 the Quidditch match.
Harry and 3 friends come on with broomsticks and line up on on side of the stage, and 4 bad children come on and line up on the other side.
Enter onechildwho says “Scene 3, the Quidditch match” and exits.
The children fly around the stage, throwing a ball to each other for half a minute.
Then the Bad witches and Dr Black enter into the audience and go to the front, looking up at the stage.
Bad witches:Why are we here?
Dr Black:We are going to stop Harry Potter.
Bad witches:How?
Dr Black:With magic.
Dr Black,Bad witches:Alikazam, alikaball, make Harry Potter fall!
Harry starts going out of control.
Dr Black,Bad witches:Alikazam, alikaball, make Harry Potter fall!
Harry crashes.
Harry’s friends:Harry, are you Ok.
Harry Potter:Yes.
Harry’s friends:Look, the witches! Suspicious! We are watching you!
Exit Harry and friends. Bad witches and Dr Black climb onto the stage and join bad children.
Bad children:But you didn’t stop Harry Potter.
Dr Black:Don’t worry, we are going to steal the Magic Ball. Let’s go.
Exit everyone.Enter Harry Potter
Harry’s friends:Harry Potter, what do you think of the witches?
Harry Potter:Very suspicious.
Hermione:Let’s keep an eye on them.
Harry’s friends:Yes, let’s keep an eye on them.
Exit everyone
Scene 4 in Dumbledor’s office.
Enter children who say “Scene 4 in Dumbledor’s office”.
Enter Dumbledor
Dumbledor:Hello, everyone, welcome to my office. I am going to hide the magic Ball here. No one will find it.
Exit Dumbledor and enter Harry Potter and friends.
Harry’s friends:Where are we?
Harry Potter:This is Dumbledor’s office.
Hermione:Can you see the Magic Ball?
Harry’s friends:No, I can’t. can you see the Magic ball?
Harry Potter:Look, someone is coming.
Hermione:Let’s hide.
They hide in the corner of the stage. Enter bad children and Dr Black.
Bad children:Where are we?
Dr Black:This is Dumbledor’s office. Look for the Magic Ball’
Voldermort:(voice of someone offstage with microphone) Can you see the Magic ball?
Bad children:Who said that?
Dr Black uncovers Voldermort
Voldermort:It was me!
Bad children:Huhhh!!!! Who are you?
Voldermort:I am Voldermort. We must find the Magic Ball before Harry Potter, look for the Magic Ball.
They look for the ball.
Bad child 1:Look, the Magic Ball.
Bad child 2:Take the ball.
Bad children:Ha, ha, ha, No one can stop us.
Harry and friends stand up
Harry and friends:Yes, we can!
Bad children:Harry Potter!
There is a fight, each groups firing spells at the other. Finally the bad witches win.
Bad children:Hands up! Ha, ha, ha, you can’t stop us!
Bad witches run on stage
Bad witches:Alikazam!
The bad children fall on the floor and the bad witches take the Magic Ball.Enter Dumbledor
Dumbledor:What is happening?
Harry and friends:The bad children tried to steal the Magic Ball but the witches stopped them.
Dumbledor:Well done witches, now give me the ball.
Bad witches:No!
Dumbledor:What?
Bad witches:We are bad witches! Alikazam!
Dumbledor, Harry and his friends are frozen, the bad witches exit. When offstage everyone moves. again.
Dumbledor:What happened?
Harry and friends:The witches have taken the Magic Ball.
Harry Potter:What can we do?
Dumbledor:I have got an idea, we can use this?
Harry and friends:What is it?
Dumbledor:It is a cloak of invisibility.
Harry and friends:A cloak of invisibility?
Dumbledor:Yes, a cloak of invisibility. When you put it on, it makes you invisible! Harry, Hermione, take the cloak.
Harry, Hermione:Let’s go to the witches castle.
Scene 5 in the witches’ castle
Children enter and say “Scene 5 in the witches’ castle”.
Enter bad witches and bad children flying, then they land
Bad children:Where are we?
Bad witches:This is our castle. Harry potter won’t find us here.
They start talking to each other in groups of 2. Bad witch 1 stands at the front holding the ball. Harry and Hermione enter wearing the cloak of invisibility
Hermione:This cloak is fantastic.
Harry Potter:Yes, we are invisible.
They walk around the stage, as they touch people, the people say “What was that?”Harry takes the Magic ball
Bad witch 1:Where is the Magic Ball?
Bad witches, bad children:You’ve got the magic ball.
Bad witch 1:I haven’t got the magic ball.
Bad witches, bad children:You haven’t got the magic ball?
Bad witch 1:No.
Bad witches, bad children:Who has got the magic ball?
Harry Hermione:We have!
Bad witches, bad children:Harry Potter!There are only 2 of you!
Enter Harry’s friends
Harry’s friends:No there aren’t.
There is a fight, each groups firing spells at the other. Finally Harry and friends win.
Harry’s friends:Hooray, hooray, let’s have a party.
Bad witches, bad children:Can we come?
Harry’s friends:Are you going to be good witches?
Bad witches, bad children:Yes, but we are bad witches?
Harry’s friends:Don’t worry about a thing?
Bad witches, bad children:Why?
