Councillor Ellis declared a disclosable prejudicial interest regarding planning application reference 5/2014/0091 – Leacroft, Common Lane, Batford, Harpenden, explaining that the prejudicial interest arose from the nomination rights which the Housing Departmentof St Albans City & District Council has in respect of Leacroft. He is the Portfolio Holder for Housing at the District Council.
