___Minimum lot size/width

___Names and locations of adjoining subdivisions and property owners

___Show boundaries of tract(s) and residual tracts less than 10 Ac. with Bearings and Distances

___Net acreage for each lot and the gross acreage for the entire subdivision

___Show building envelope “set backs”

___Show all existing structures located on each parcel

___Proposed easements, access ways, existing street layout, and right-of-way width

___Location of existing and proposed water lines, sewer lines, fire hydrants, natural gas lines, drainage facilities and maintenance requirements,and other utilities. (If applicable)

___No more than 5 lot’s are located off a state maintained road or a maximum of 6 lots have been created on a 50’ easement.

  1. There shall be an access travelway width of a minimum of 20’
  2. The travelway shall extend the entire length of the easement
  3. The travelway shall be clear of all obstruction and debris
  4. The travelway shall be compacted and layered with 3inches of aggregate base course
