Donations/Sponsorship Policy
Harley-Davidson/Arctic Cat of Wausau is honored that you have considered our dealership to create a relationship with your cause.
Because we receive in excess of 3000 charitable requests per year, we have pre-allocated our charitable funds for 2016. If you would like to make a donation request for merchandise of up to a $50 retail value, please do so in writing at least 45 days prior to your event. If you would like to purchase gift cards from Harley-Davidson of Wausau for your event we will match the gift cards purchased up to a $100 value. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with our process.

If you choose to drop off your request at the store, no immediate response will be give. You will need to leave your request for review.
No request will be granted unless this policy is adhered to.

Thank you for this opportunity to help your organization. Due to the high number of charitable requests we receive, we are unfortunately unable to participate in all of them. To help us make a decision regarding your charitable event, please answer the following questions and return this form, along with any flyers or additional information you believe will help us make a determination, at least 45 days prior to your event or donation close date. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to all requests. If we are interested in sponsoring your event/organization, we will contact you via email/phone with follow up information. If we are unable to assist you at this time, please keep us in mind for future events or sponsorships. Thank you!
