NOTIC INVITVING TENDER No. 11 / 2010-11

Sealed item rate Tenders are invited for the following work by the undersigned on behalf of Delhi Development Authority, (Sports Wings) upto 3.00 PM 30.11.10 from the approved contractor of appropriate class of DDA C.P.W.D Railways, MES and P & T and specialized firms who meet the following conditions which shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM at Siri Fort Sports complex, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi-110049 in the presence of inending tenderer or their authorized representative.

  1. The annual Financial turnover (Gross) in one of preceeding three financial years shall not be less than 100% of estimated (Gross) value of the work (duly audited by Chartered Accountant) on annualized basis (depending upon the time allowed for completion i.e total estimated value divided by time of completion.
  1. The satisfactory completion of at least two works of similar nature/class, each costing not less than of the estimated cost (Gross) of the proposed work in the Central/ State Govt. Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Autonomous bodies during the last two years.

The tender documents can be obtained on any working day from the office of the Secretary Hari Nagar Sports Complex between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM upto 26.11.10 on Payment of cost of tender Rs.525/ (non-refundable) as well as amount of Earnest Money mentioned against each work on production of valid enlistment registration Certificate and valid registration with works contract cell of Sales Tax Department of GNCTD and tax clearance certificate issued by the work contract cell in from XI. sales of tender forms will be stopped four days (including the date of opening) before the date fixed for the opening of tender documents.

The manner of submission of Tender, opening of the same and entry of contractors/ their authorized representative to the place of opening shall be as provided in clauses 3 (a), (b) and (c) of PWD – 6 forming part of the tender documents.

PRESS TENDER NOTICE No. 12/ 2010-11

Sealed item rate Tenders are invited for the following work by the undersigned on behalf of Delhi Development Authority, (Sports Wings) for supply of Children Equipment for Upgradation of DDA Children Park at Hari Nagar Sports Complex. The Tendershall be submitted in two parts, namely, ‘Part –I’ containing Technical Bid and ‘Part – II’ comprising ‘Financial Bid’. The two Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes clearly superscribing thereon (Part- I – Technical Bid) and (Part- II –Financial Bid). The bid not submitted in accordance with the prescribed manner will not be accounted for at all. Only the manufacturer/ authorized distributor/ authorized dealer whose annual turnover not less than Rs. 3.00 crores in each year for last 3 years from Children Equipment only with authenticated proof duly certified by the Chartered Accountant and having five years experience in the field are entitled ti apply.

The tender documents containing the detailed terms & conditions can be obtained from the Cashier, Hari Nagar Sports Complex, New Delhi on payment of cost of tender document of Rs. 525/- cash (Non- refundable) upto 1.12.10 on any working day between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on submission Sales Tax/ DVAT registration certificate and proof of manufacturer / authorized / distributorship / authorized dealership. The earnest money of Rs. 20543/- in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft of any schedule bank approved by Reserve Bank of India drawn in favour of “ Hari Nagar Sports Complex, DDA” to be submitted with the Technical Bid.

The tender shall be received at Siri Fort Sports Complex, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi upto 3:00 PM on 6.12.10. Part – I (Technical Bid ) and opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of tenderer or their representatives who may wish to be present at site. The Financial Bid of only those tenderer, who are found to be technically sound, shall be opened on a subsequent date to be notified and intimated to the qualifying tenderer by Post/ Courier/ Telephonically.

The tenders shall be submitted in person only and any tender received by post or through courier etc. shall not be entertained, and shall stand rejected even without scrutiny of the same. Further any tender which is not accompanied by the earnest money in the prescribed manner shall be rejected summarily.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any / all bids without assigning any reason.
