Terms and Conditions
- Harbour Towne Marina Association (HTMA) boat & trailer storage sites (front lots) will only be rented to boats 26’ and under in length, and 8’ and under in width. Only one boat/site is allowed.
- Car, trailer, boat and gear are stored at owner’s risk. HTMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
- Transient usage of HTMA slips is not included in fees below. Please contact the gas dock to make transient reservations.
- All cars and trailers shall be parked in the Northwest lot near the ramp in an orderly manner. Cars and trailers may not be parked so that they block in trailer storage sites. Towing vehicle may not be left parked in any HTMA parking lot when boat is not in use.
- The only items to be stored in trailer storage lots are trailers and/or boats on trailers.
- No ramp user shall leave his car or trailer in the launching area unattended or tie up the ramp for any unreasonable length of time.
- Launch ramp/trailer storage customers will follow good housekeeping and sanitation practices.
- Launch ramp/trailer storage customers shall abide by the rules and regulations of the HTMA. Any violation of rules will result in the revoking of privileges without pro-ration of fees paid.
- Launching will be at user’s own risk. HTMA accepts no risk or responsibility for damage to boats, cars, trailers, personal property or personal injury that may occur while on HTMA property.
- The fish cleaning station is for the exclusive use of HTMA slip owners.
- Identification decal is to be displayed on the passenger side of the trailer tongue. Permit is only good for the season term specified above. Trailer storage lots must be vacated by October 15, 2016.
