3rd Quarter Assessment

Hand Painted Scarf Design Rubric

Name:period:

Your assignment is to create surface design on a silk scarf using the processes of batik and silk painting. The design on your scarf must represent, in an abstract way, the ideas behind a theme of your choice, as discussed in class. Your theme should reach beyond the obvious and require deeper thought.
