- Maintain Reward Records, such as, Payroll, Promotions, PASI, Expenses..., in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
- Coordinate with approved evaluator to evaluate the jobs to identify job grade
- Coordinate with HRMS section and Managers for JDs to make sure JDs are matching with tittles and evaluation system
- Store updated JDs on the right order for easy access
- Reviewing claims related with payroll making sure supporting documents are available and payment within the policy
- Support and coordinate the processing of employees daily expenses
- Recording Recurring & Non-Recurring payroll elements by making sure they are paid accurately and on time
- Coming up with improvement solution in order to run the Rewards Section with professional way.
- Analyzing and evaluating the cost center report of each employee which need to be matching with any movement within the organization
- Manage the process of PASI and End of Service calculations/final settlements
- Compiling Monthly/Annual Rewards reports for Presentation to Management
- Update Rewards KPI reports
- Maintain Rewards Records, such as, Payroll, Promotions, PASI, Expenses..., in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
- Update promotion database for having annual promotion report
- Analyze the promotion proposal/ recommendations prior Promotion Committee meeting
- Issue letters related with Promotion/Transfer or Awards within 5days from the date of receiving approved documents.
