  • Autism Directory – concept needs to be delivered SHIP wide

  1. Connecting parents, carers and people with autism
  • Networks need connecting across SHIP
  • Modelling needs to be considered/explored
  • Possible agencies – multi involvement to help streamline support – one-stop-shop. A natural forum of sharing best practice / approaches.
  1. Southampton have contracted with HAS an Autism Support Service. This is Southampton’s one-stop-shop

Housing Section
  1. Promote training – PACT at Hampshire to be offered as a best practice approach to Housing Assessors in all Districts.
  2. Need to link into Housing Panels and networks. Possible link is Martha Fowler-Dixon
  3. Linda Burgess to link to Jo Olford – Smart Living
  4. Liz McGill – go through Fiona Minchew to work with District Care Groups for membership.

SHIP-wide implementation is problematic across whole of Hampshire.
SHIP-wide activities to be absorbed in SHIP-wide Commissioning Leads (Linda Burgess Chair)
Governance of HAPB explored.
Will feed into Integrated Commissioning Board who then feeds into the Health and Wellbeing Board.

Who needs to be key members of HAPB?

  • Need to look at who the Members should be i.e. need to have senior reps.
