RALLY 2016
As most of you will already know, Haltwhistle YFC are to host the County Rally this year.
Please find enclosed a copy of the County Rally Competition entries. The County theme for the Rally is ‘TV Gameshows’. Please complete the entries and return them via email to or via post to Donna at the above address by 15th April 2016.
Should you have any queries, please email in the first instance and we will get back to you.
Any classes in the National or Northern Area sections, the winners of these will be asked to represent Northumberland at future rounds.
The rally will be open to competitors from 8.45am onwards; a proposed time table of events is enclosed. Please note the times may change slightly, we will however keep you informed of any changes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – HALTWHISTLE RALLY 2016
Entry Costs
Any member (regardless of whether competing or not) or member of the public who attend this event will need to pay the entry fee of £2 per person to gain entry to the Rally. Please ensure that your members are aware of this. If arriving via bus please ensure this is collected prior to arriving at Rally.
Membership Cards
All members will be required to produce their new photo membership card prior to participating in each competition. This includes the Industrial Section. Any member that cannot show their membership card will be fined £5. If this is not paid, the club will be disqualified from that competition and awarded maximum points.
Dance Tickets
The dance tickets will be £8 per person if ordered in advance from Nicola or Donna, the tickets will then be available on the day for collection. Any tickets requested on the day will cost £10 per person. Tickets will not be issued without full payment. There will be strictly no admittance without a ticket and you will not be able to purchase them on the door at night. Please note that tickets are non-refundable. The dance will commence at 8.00pm. Last Entry is 10pm. Please complete the attached order form for dance tickets and return to myself. Please note the committee reserves the right to refuse entry.
Food
Food & Refreshments will be available on the day.
Club Shirts
Please could you confirm, what colour club shirt your members will be wearing. This is required for the Rally Program and is needed by 22ndth April 2016.

Please see enclosed document on rules.
Timetable
Please make sure all your competitors are aware of the times when they are competing and arrive promptly. As I am sure you will appreciate, we have a lot of competitions to fit in throughout the day. The day will only run smoothly if we try and stick to the timetable as well as possible.
Alcohol
Please see the notes in the rules regarding this.
Bar
The Bar will be open from 3pm to 6pm and 8pm to 12.30am
Adverts
There is still some room in the Rally Programme for adverts, so if any club would like to advertise an event, please get in touch with Nicola before 22nd April April 2016. Costs for this are £10.00 (this price is only available to Northumberland YFC clubs).
Trophies
All trophies won at last years Rally should be returned to County Office or the Rally Secretary prior to the Rally Day. All trophies should be cleaned and engraved. Any club which returns trophies that have not been cleaned, will be invoiced accordingly for the cleaning of them.
Club Meals - Please can you advise us of where your club will be eating prior to attending the Rally Dance.
