1. Work Plan Update – still no rubric/format

2. Fran Lozano – QFE (Quality Focus Essay for Accreditation) – request volunteers to join

Writing Team for 5-year plan and summary

-Guided Pathways and Shared Governance

-Due April 27

-Writing Team volunteers: weekly meetings in April

3. Cherise Mantia – requesting submissions of personal experiences in Guided Pathways

for blog

-Idea behind blog: easier way to share info and highlight what we’re doing, as well as making GP more personal

-Paragraph or two, send to Cherise to be included in blog

4. Brianna Everett – Student Outreach

- 5-minute outreach in-class sessions

- Asking support from Faculty

- Outreach beyond ASGC, to students who are not already involved

- Focus Groups – how can we support more students? What would be the role of a student leadership team within GP?

- ASGC giving input to Work Plan

- Reach out to STEM students/Childcare students who are already involved in some sort of pathways program

5. Upcoming Workshops:

a. IEPI Advanced GP Workshop, Marina del Rey (April 3) – interested attendees?

- Pay up front/Reimbursement

b. BSILI – 3 CSN Institute (June 10-15, UCLA Conference Center Lake Arrowhead)

- Team of 3 or 4 desired

- Free of charge, except mileage

- Application process
