GRAD NITE AT DISNEYLAND

TICKET INFORMATION

SALES:Ticketswill be sold on a first-come, first-served basis:

March 20, 21, 22, 2017: during lunch.

March 28, 29, 30, 2017: during lunch, period 6 (only for early leave seniors), and right after school on the 28th.

Where:In Room H1.

COST: Per person (CASH ONLY) price is $115.

Cost includes round-trip bus transportation, full-day park hopper ticket for Disneyland and California Adventure Parks, and private Grad Nite party at California Adventure Park 10pm – 2am. Food/beverage extra.

PROCEDURE TO PURCHASE TICKET

Each senior/guest must have:

  1. A valid current photo ID (Cleveland issued student photo ID or US government/CA issued photo ID, bring a copy of your guest’s ID).
  2. A SIGNED permission slip for each person** - ages under 18 must be signed by parent or guardian.

** (If you are bringing a guest, he/she must have a separate SIGNED permission slip. Guest must be age 16-20!)

  1. $115 CASH ONLY per ticket.
  2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS! No exceptions.

Cleveland PTSA will accept your payment as a donation if you do not use your ticket.

  • TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE – your ticket will have your name on it, and cannot be sold to anyone else!

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation from Cleveland HS to/from Disneyland will be via chartered school buses ONLY. Private vehicles will not be admitted at the Disneyland parking lot. You must return on the same bus. Parents may not pick up students from Disneyland.

11:00amSaturday, June 10th – check in at front of Cleveland HS by flagpole.

To board a bus, every person must show a valid current photo ID to your chaperone. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

2:00amSunday, June 11th – re-board the bus to depart Disneyland.

3:30/4:00amSunday, June 11th – estimatedreturn/arrival time at Cleveland HS.

PARKING AT CLEVELAND

There will be no security guard on campus. We are not responsible for theft or vandalism for vehicles parked on campus!

DISNEYLAND’S BASIC RULES:

For the safety of everyone attending Grad Nite, each person attending will undergo a “pat-down” search and bag check by Disneyland Security. Grad Nite is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and weapon-free event!

Do NOT bring any of the following items on the bus:

  • Any type of weapon including pocket knives
  • Self-defense equipment (pepper spray, stun guns)
  • Restraining devices (handcuffs, duct tape, zip ties)
  • Shoes with built-in wheels, scooters, or skateboards
  • Glass containers (perfume bottles must be < 4oz)
  • Aerosol cans
  • Tobacco products and lighters or matches
  • Alcohol and any controlled substances
  • Bags/backpacks larger than 18”Wx 25”Hx37”D
  • Markers, sharpies, or laser pointers

If you have any medication that must be kept with you throughout the day & evening for medical reasons, proceed to the

pat-down location, and advise the security officer. Upon completion of the pat-down, you will be escorted to the Nurses’ Station. If possible, please give any medication to your chaperone to hold.

DISNEYLAND DRESS CODE

No clothing with obscene or offensive language and/or graphics.

No string bikini tops/bottoms, or indecent clothing exposing excessive skin inappropriate for a family environment.

No clothing or accessories that drag on the ground.

No sharp or pointed accessories or belts.

No masks or costumes.

No barefeet.

BEHAVIOR

Practice good manners and consideration for others. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or smoking is allowed.

Marijuana and other drugswill not be tolerated. If a serious problem arises, parents will be notified, and asked to pick up their child. There will be a pat-down as students board the buses, and again at Disneyland by Disney employees. DISNEYLAND SECURITY has the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed for the event, or not behaving appropriately at the event.

In case of illness or accident, permission is granted for emergency treatment. It is further understood that the named person and parents/guardians will assume full responsibility for any such action, including payment of costs.   • If I do not/my child does not return promptly to the bus at 2:00am on June 12th, at the conclusion of Grad Nite, I/my child will be held responsible for the $250.00 late penalty fee charged by the charter bus company.
